Preparation for your Wedding Day

§         Initial consultation to explain the planning & directing process six weeks prior to wedding date

§         Unlimited phone and email communication from date of contract (at least 4 face to face meetings)

§         Advice on how to personalize your wedding and how to remain within your budget

§         Review your contracted vendor agreements and discuss final details of your ceremony rehearsal and your wedding day (Halo Wedding Day Directors should have all singed contracts 2 weeks prior to wedding)

§         Contact all vendors week prior to Wedding Date to confirm final details and verify services provided

§         Distribute via email or fax Wedding Day Itinerary to all vendors to ensure all are on same page

§         Discuss where to seat any unexpected guests if any

Rehearsal

§         Available two hours prior to Rehearsal to discuss final details with Bride and Groom

§         Organize and facilitate details involving Wedding Rehearsal

§         Orchestrate processional, recessional in order and to music desired

§         Develop and distribute Wedding Day Itinerary to Wedding Party Attendants

Wedding Day

§         Arrive two hours prior to first scheduled vendor arrival to meet vendors

§         Direct wedding vendors per Bride and Groom requirements

o       Halo Wedding Day Directors will be available in person or telephone during entire Wedding Day to assist vendors with problems or questions                 

§         Provide Bridal 911 Kit

§         Direct vendors and décor setup at ceremony and reception locations

§         Assist with setting table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass and serving set per Bride and Groom requirements

§         Direct wedding party pre ceremony

§         Direct Wedding Ceremony

o       Oversee ushers and guest book attendants

o       Line up processional in correct order

o       Ensure that wedding party attendant’s entrance is flawless

o       Cue musicians

o       Fluff Bride’s gown    

§         Post ceremony, escort bridal party to designated place to take photos

§         Ensure cocktails and hors d’oeuvres are ready to greet guest prior to arrival to cocktail/reception area

§         Direct Grand Entrance of bridal party into reception

§         Direct caterer on what to do with left over cake and food

§         Coordinate delivery of gifts to Bride and Groom suite or car*
